Notwithstanding Section 17070.75, for the 2003â04 fiscal year, the board shall only require a school district to deposit into the account established pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (b) of Section 17070.75 an amount equal to 2 percent of the total expenditures by a district from its general fund in the 2003â04 fiscal year.
