Wherever any of the terms âunapportioned county elementary school fund,â âcounty elementary school supervision fund,â âunapportioned county high school fund,â and âcounty school service fundâ are used in this code or in any other law, such term shall be deemed to refer to and mean the âcounty school service fund.â
