The assent of the state is given to the provisions in the act of Congress entitled âAn act to promote the mining of potash on the public domain,â and approved by the President February 7, 1927, and to the provisions of the act of Congress entitled âAn act to authorize exploration for and disposition of potassium,â approved by the President October 2, 1917.
