The name of a registered limited liability partnership shall contain the words âRegistered Limited Liability Partnershipâ or âLimited Liability Partnershipâ or one of the abbreviations âL.L.P.,â âLLP,â âR.L.L.P.,â or âRLLPâ as the last words or letters of its name.
