After hearing, the court may enter an order directing the lienholder to release all or a portion of the livestock to the owner, or to the ownerâs agent. The order shall be conditioned upon the filing by the owner of an undertaking as set forth in Section 3080.11, and shall include all of the following: (1) The amount of the undertaking required. (2) The basis for the courtâs finding as to the fair market value of the livestock. (3) A statement that the lienholder has the right to object to the undertaking pursuant to Section 995.910 of the Code of Civil Procedure. (4) A description of the livestock to be substituted. (5) A statement of the date, time, place and manner in which the lienholder is to turn over the livestock to the owner.
