(a) During the pendency of the consumer arbitration, a solicitation shall not be made of a party to the arbitration or of a lawyer for a party to the arbitration. (b) For purposes of this section: (1) âLawyer for a partyâ has the same meaning as defined in Section 1281.9. (2) âSolicitationâ has the same meaning as defined in Section 1281.9.
