(a) Each service contractor shall maintain those records as are required by the regulations adopted to carry out the provisions of this chapter for a period of at least three years. These records shall be open for reasonable inspection by the director or other law enforcement officials. (b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2028, and as of that date is repealed.
