(a) As used in this chapter, âoriginal applicatorâs licenseâ means an applicatorâs license issued for an individual who did not have a license on the preceding June 30. (b) For the purposes of this chapter, a renewal of an applicatorâs license means an applicatorâs license issued to an individual who had an applicatorâs license on June 30 of the preceding renewal period.
