(a) An applicant for a Branch 1 operator’s license shall demonstrate to the board that he or she has passed satisfactorily board-approved courses in the following areas: (1) Pesticides. (2) Pest identification and biology. (3) Contract law. (4) Rules and regulations. (5) Business practices. (6) Fumigation safety. (b) An applicant for a Branch 2 operator’s license shall demonstrate to the board that he or she has passed satisfactorily board-approved courses in the following areas: (1) Pesticides. (2) Pest identification and biology. (3) Contract law. (4) Rules and regulations. (5) Business practices. (c) An applicant for a Branch 3 operator’s license shall demonstrate to the board that he or she has passed satisfactorily board-approved courses in the following areas: (1) Pesticides. (2) Pest identification and biology. (3) Contract law. (4) Rules and regulations. (5) Business practices. (6) Construction repair and preservation techniques.
