Only a person registered as a geophysicist under the provisions of this chapter shall be entitled to take and use the title âprofessional geophysicist.â Only a person registered as a geophysicist and certified under the provisions of this chapter shall be entitled to take and use the title of a registered certified specialty geophysicist.
