(a) For reinstatement of a license within the fiscal year, the fee shall be fifty dollars ($50). (b) As used in this section, âreinstatement of a licenseâ means the reissuance of a canceled cemetery brokerâs license, or a cemetery salespersonâs license which was canceled during the year for which it was issued upon the salespersonâs withdrawal from the employ of a cemetery broker.
