An original cemetery salespersonâs license is a cemetery license issued to a person who did not have a cemetery salespersonâs or a brokerâs license either individually or as an officer of a corporation, or as a member of a copartnership, on June 30 of the fiscal year previous to the fiscal year for which the salespersonâs license is issued.
