The following terms as used in this chapter shall have meanings expressed in this section: (a) âDepartmentâ means the Department of Consumer Affairs. (b) âDirectorâ means the Director of Consumer Affairs. (c) âBureauâ means the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau.
