For purposes of this article, âbranch officeâ means any additional location, other than the alarm company operatorâs principal place of business, where the selling, monitoring, installation, or servicing of alarms is administered, directed, or controlled. A telephone answering service or a telephone call forwarding device shall not be deemed to be a branch office.
