The director shall issue a license, the form and content of which shall be determined in accordance with Section 164. In addition, the director shall issue a âCertificate of Licensureâ to any licensee, upon request, with the fee prescribed in this chapter. A âcertificate of licensureâ shall include an embossed seal of the State of California and the signature of the chief or his or her designated representative.
