An alarm company operatorâs license not renewed within three years following its expiration may not be renewed thereafter. Renewal of the license within one year, or issuance of an original license thereafter, shall be subject to payment of any and all fines assessed pursuant to Section 7591.9 and not resolved in accordance with the provisions of that section and payment of all applicable fees.
