Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or who conspires with another person to violate any provision of this chapter, or who knowingly engages an unlicensed alarm company operator after being notified in writing by the bureau of the alarm company operatorâs unlicensed status with the bureau, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and is punishable by a fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
