If the chief determines that continued services by an applicant for registration in his or her current capacity may present undue hazard to public safety, the licensee, upon proper notification from the chief, shall suspend the applicant from rendering services in that capacity until the licensee is notified in writing by the chief within 60 days from the date of notification of suspension that the applicantâs registration has been approved or denied.
