The amounts of the fees payable under this chapter relating to licenses to operate a mobile unit are as follows: (a) The application fee shall be not more than fifty dollars ($50). (b) The initial inspection and license fee shall not be more than one hundred dollars ($100). (c) The renewal fee shall be not more than forty dollars ($40). (d) The delinquency fee shall be 50 percent of the renewal fee in effect on the date of renewal, notwithstanding Section 163.5.
