It is a cause for discipline for a licensee to do any of the following: (a) Engage in any conduct that subverts or attempts to subvert an investigation of the board. (b) Threaten or harass any person or licensee for providing evidence in any possible or actual disciplinary action, arbitration, or other legal action. (c) Discharge an employee primarily because of the employeeâs attempt to comply with or aid in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
