(a) âMembers of the personnel of recordâ as used in this chapter means every person listed in the records of the registrar as then associated with a licensee. (b) âPersonâ as used in this chapter includes an individual, a firm, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, federally recognized tribe, association or other organization, or any combination thereof. (c) âQualifying person,â âqualifying individual,â or âqualifier,â as used in this chapter, means a person who qualifies for a license pursuant to Section 7068.
