(a) Any person who has received from the board a license in corrosion, manufacturing, quality, or safety engineering, and who holds a valid license under this chapter, may continue to use the branch title of the branch in which the professional engineer is legally licensed. A person holding a license in corrosion, manufacturing, quality, or safety engineering is subject to the license renewal provisions of this chapter. (b) The professional engineer also may continue to use the title of “professional engineer,” “licensed engineer,” “registered engineer,” or “consulting engineer.”
