(a) All fees shall be paid into the treasury of the State Bar, and, when so paid, shall become part of its funds. (b) Notwithstanding subdivision (a) and consistent with the reimbursement requirement under Section 6031.5, all fees paid pursuant to Section 6140.02 shall be paid by the State Bar to the Association, and, when paid, shall become part of the funds of the Association.
