(a) The licensees of the State Bar are all persons admitted and licensed to practice law in this state except justices and judges of courts of record during their continuance in office. (b) As used in this chapter or any other provision of law, âmember of the State Barâ shall be deemed to refer to a licensee of the State Bar.
