Within 10 days after a judgment by a court of this state that a licenseholder has committed a crime or is liable for any death, personal or property injury or loss caused by the licenseholderâs fraud, deceit, negligence, incompetency, or recklessness in practice, the clerk of the court which rendered the judgment shall report this to the board.
