A landscape architect registered under the provisions of Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 5615), insofar as he or she practices the profession for which he or she is registered, is exempt from the provisions of this chapter, except that a landscape architect may not use the title âarchitect,â exclusive of the word âlandscape,â unless he or she holds a license as required in this chapter.
