As used in this chapter: (a) âDispute resolutionâ includes, but is not limited to, mediation, conciliation, and arbitration. (b) âProgramâ means an entity that provides dispute resolution. (c) âAdvisory Councilâ means the Dispute Resolution Advisory Council.
