A revoked certificate is subject to expiration in the same manner as provided in this article for an unrevoked certificate, but it may not be renewed. An application for reinstatement of a revoked certificate shall be deemed an application for reinstatement of a revoked license and shall be processed as such. The board shall issue a psychiatric technicianâs license to each holder of a psychiatric technician certificate who qualifies for reinstatement pursuant to this chapter and who applies for reinstatement. A revoked license is subject to expiration as provided in this article, but it may not be renewed. If it is reinstated after its expiration, the holder of the license shall, as a condition precedent to its reinstatement, pay a reinstatement fee in an amount equal to the renewal fee in effect on the last regular renewal date before the date on which it is reinstated, plus the delinquency fee, if any, accrued at the time of its revocation.
