A county or municipality shall not issue a business license for any establishment that requires a wholesaler or third-party logistics provider license unless the establishment possesses a current wholesaler or third-party logistics provider license issued by the board. For purposes of this section, an âestablishmentâ is the licenseeâs physical location in California.
