âSurplus medication collection and distribution intermediaryâ means a firm, association, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, state governmental agency, or political subdivision that performs the functions specified in Section 4169.5 for the purpose of a program established pursuant to Division 116 (commencing with Section 150200) of the Health and Safety Code.
