âTelepharmacyâ means a system that is used by a supervising pharmacy for the purpose of monitoring the dispensing of prescription drugs by a remote dispensing site pharmacy and provides for related drug regimen review and patient counseling by an electronic method, including, but not limited to, the use of audio, visual, still image capture, and store and forward technology.
