“Veterinary food-animal drugs” as used in this chapter shall include the following: (a) Any drug to be used in food-producing animals bearing the legend, “Caution, federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian” or words of similar import. (b) Any other drug as defined in Section 14206 of the Food and Agricultural Code that is used in a manner that would require a veterinary prescription.
