âReverse distributorâ means every person who acts as an agent for pharmacies, drug wholesalers, third-party logistics providers, manufacturers, and other entities by receiving, inventorying, warehousing, and managing the disposition of outdated or nonsaleable dangerous drugs or dangerous devices.
