An âemergency medical services automated drug delivery systemâ or âEMSADDSâ means an automated drug delivery system that stores and distributes drugs for the sole purpose of restocking a secured emergency pharmaceutical supplies container that is used by an emergency medical services agency to provide emergency medical services.
