âLaboratoryâ means a research, teaching, or testing laboratory not engaged in the dispensing or furnishing of drugs or devices but using dangerous drugs or dangerous devices for scientific or teaching purposes. Every laboratory shall maintain an established place of business and keep purchase records. Every laboratory shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the board.
