(a) The application fee for a doctor of naturopathic medicine shall be no more than five hundred dollars ($500) and may be increased to not more than six hundred dollars ($600). (b) The initial license fee shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000) and may be increased to not more than one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200). (c) The renewal fee for a license shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000) and may be increased to not more than one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200). (d) The late renewal fee for a license shall be two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225). (e) The fee for processing fingerprint cards shall be the current fee charged by the Department of Justice. (f) The fee for a duplicate or replacement license shall be thirty-eight dollars ($38). (g) The fee for a certified license verification shall be thirty dollars ($30).
