A licensed psychologist shall meet the requirements set forth in subparagraph (B) of paragraph (2) of subdivision (f) of Section 1031 of the Government Code prior to performing either of the following: (a) An evaluation of an individual’s emotional and mental condition pursuant to Section 1031 of the Government Code. (b) An evaluation of a public officer or peace officer’s fitness for duty.
