(a) The board shall discipline the holder of any license, whose default has been entered or who has been heard by the board and found guilty, by any of the following methods: (1) Suspending judgment. (2) Placing the licensee on probation. (3) Suspending the licenseeâs right to practice vocational nursing for a period not exceeding one year. (4) Revoking the licenseeâs license. (5) Taking such other action in relation to disciplining the licensee as the board in its discretion may deem proper. (b) The board shall delegate to its executive office the authority to adopt a decision entered by default and a stipulation for surrender of a license.
