The board shall submit written reports to the director and the Legislature no later than April 1, 2018, July 1, 2018, October 1, 2018, January 1, 2019, July 1, 2019, and January 1, 2020, demonstrating its progress in implementing the administrative and enforcement program monitorâs recommendations pursuant to Section 2847.5.
