A person may engage in the activities set forth in subdivision (a) of Section 2586 if the person meets both of the following requirements: (a) The person is engaged in the activities as part of a supervised practice program for a registered dietitian pursuant to subparagraph (C) of paragraph (2) of subdivision (a) of Section 2585. (b) The person is enrolled in or has completed a course of study to fulfill the educational requirements for a registered dietitian in subparagraph (B) of paragraph (2) of subdivision (a) of Section 2585.
