Any person who holds himself out as a âdispensing opticianâ or âregistered dispensing opticianâ or who uses any other term or letters indicating or implying that he is registered and holds a certificate under the terms of this law without having at the time of so doing a valid, unrevoked certificate, as provided in this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
