(a) As used in this article: (1) “Board” means the Podiatric Medical Board of California. (2) “Podiatric licensing authority” refers to any officer, board, commission, committee, or department of another state that may issue a license to practice podiatric medicine. (b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2019.
