As used in subparagraph (B) of paragraph (2) of subdivision (a) of Section 23320, âoriginal on-sale general licenseâ includes an original special on-sale general license; provided, that the fee prescribed in that subparagraph shall not be required in connection with the exchange of an on-sale general license for a special on-sale general license, or for the exchange of a special on-sale general license for an on-sale general license.
