For the purpose of this article âclubâ also means any nonprofit social club which serves daily meals to its members and guests, owns or leases, operates and maintains a club room or rooms for its membership and has operated the club room or rooms for a period of not less than two years and has regular membership dues of not less than fifty dollars ($50) per year per member.
