For purposes of this article âclubâ also means any nonprofit social and religious club which owns or leases, operates and maintains a club room or rooms for its membership, and has operated the club room or rooms for a period of not less than eight years, and has regular membership dues of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) per year per member.
