A customs brokerâs license authorizes the transfer to licensed importers of alcoholic beverages brought into the State in United States internal revenue bond or in United States customs bond and the exportation of the alcoholic beverages. The holder of a customs brokerâs license may receive delivery of, possess, export, and transfer to licensed importers such alcoholic beverages as are brought into this State in United States internal revenue bond or customs bond. Such a license also authorizes the possession and exportation of alcoholic beverages acquired from licensed manufacturers or wine growers for export.
