A person holding a brandy manufacturerâs license may also sell grape brandy, fruit brandy, or spirits of wine to licensed wine growers for use by the latter in the production of wine and the production or manufacturing of alcohol for the United States Government, and beverage brandy for sale to consumers for consumption off the premises.
