(a) All applications for a managerâs license shall contain a true statement of all persons connected with, or having a proprietary interest in, the management of the boxer or martial arts fighter. (b) Any application for a managerâs license shall be signed under penalty of perjury by the sole proprietor, a general partner, or an officer of the corporation or association, as the case may be.
