(a) Licenses that were suspended pursuant to former Section 10153.4, as it read on December 31, 2025, and for which the current license status remains suspended due to former Section 10153.4, as that section read on December 31, 2025, shall be deemed expired. The expiration date shall be four years following the date of issuance of the license. (b) The department shall update its records to reflect this change. (c) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2027, and as of that date is repealed.
