(a) Whenever the terms âbureau,â âdivision,â âBureau of Real Estate,â âState Real Estate Division,â or âReal Estate Divisionâ are used in this division, they mean the Department of Real Estate. (b) Whenever the terms âBureau of Real Estate,â âState Real Estate Division,â or âReal Estate Divisionâ are used in any other law, they mean the Department of Real Estate. (c) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2018.
